Thank you for shopping with us. Below are some of our frequently asked questions and answers:

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. We only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

If you see a double pending transaction on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry, your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours. You will only be charged once.

Store Credits Are Only Valid For 1 Time Use And Valid For 90 Days.

Please enter your code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size if the item is sold out a notification will pop up. Click on "notified me when available" and enter your email address. When the item is back in stock you will be notified by email.

We offer refunds by way of a store credit or exchange. Please visit our return policy for details.

We do not accept phone, email or orders sent via DM or IM.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours. WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS.

If you realize immediately after placing your order that you selected the wrong size or color, email us at support@40fly.com. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email which will include your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your shipment information to be updated on the USPS website.

On an extremely rare occasion, the item that you ordered could suddenly become Out-of-stock. Although very rare, if your item is indeed out of stock, you will be Contacted via email within 24-48 hours. The "Unavailable" item will be removed from Your order total. Your original method of payment will be refunded. If you ordered Additional items, those items will be shipped per our normal shipping policy. 
We have systems in place to identify fradulent transactions. If your order is flagged as Fraudulent, your order will be canceled immediately.

We do not have a pick up option currently. 

Orders that include preorder items will be shipped once the preorder item is available to ship. If there is a delay with preordered items, we will notify you via email.  In the unfortunate event that a pre-order is delayed outside of our control, the remaining in-stock items in your order will be shipped. The pre ordered item will be sent when available at no additional cost to the customer.
