MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. We only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orderd placed by 2pm CST, generally ship the same day.
WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry, your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours. You will only be charged once.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. WE DO NOT ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
If you realize immediately after placing your order that you selected the wrong size or color, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange. Please visit our return policy for details.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
We do not accept phone, email or orders sent via DM or IM.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping email which will include your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your shipment information to be updated on the UPS or USPS website.
